Deborah “Debbie” Feist, 67, Minot, ND, passed away Monday, August 24, 2026, at Trinity Hospital in Minot.
Deborah Rose Feist was born April 13, 1959, to John M. and Otella Anna Rita (Weigel) Feist in Minot, North Dakota. She was raised and educated in Langdon, North Dakota.
In 1992, Deborah moved to Minot where she worked as a waitress and bartender. She was most recently employed at the Capri Bar.
Her greatest accomplishments were her children and grandchildren.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, being outdoors, hunting, fishing, picking juneberries, and diamond art. She always was quick to comment with wit.
She was a member of St. Leo the Great Catholic Church, Minot.
Deborah is survived by her children, Joshua (Steff) Christianson, Garrison, Christine Feist, Minot and Sara (Ryan) VanDyke, Minot; grandchildren, Tyler Kolobakken, Lyla Van Dyke, Koen VanDyke; brothers, Michael (Sondra) Feist, Minot and Alan Feist, Roseau; sisters, Johanna (Craig) Ellis, Fargo, Rebecca (Frank) Feist, Minot and Donna (Steve) Sewell, Minot; along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Deborah was preceded in death by her parents, John and Otella; partner, Lyle Christianson; grandparents; great-grandparents; beloved pets, Pepper, Raja, and Mickey.
Funeral Service: Monday, August 31, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., at Cornerstone Presbyterian Church in Minot.
Visitation: Sunday, August 30, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot.
Recitation of the Rosary: Sunday, August 30, 2026, 4:00 p.m. at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot.
