Wallye Poole
June 10, 1944 – April 16, 2025
Wallye Carson Poole, 80, Burlington and formerly of St. Charles, Arkansas died suddenly on April 16, 2025 in a Minot hospital.
Wallye was born on June 10, 1944 in Akron, Ohio to Mack and Sallye (Lyghtle) Poole and raised in Anaheim, California.
The family moved to St. Charles, Arkansas where Wallye was employed as a shoe factory foreman and later became a carpenter. After retirement, he moved to Minot, ND in 2015 to be closer to family
In his free time Wallye especially enjoyed building motorcycles from scratch and playing video games.
Wallye is survived by his children: Kim Clarkson (husband-Rod Razo) and Danny Poole; grandchildren: Travis Clarkson and Ashley Tapp (husband-Brandon); great grandchildren: Kaedynce Clarkson-Tapp, Jay Tapp and Everlee Tapp all of Minot, and brother Don Poole of St. Charles, Arkansas.
Wallye was preceded in death by his parents Mack and Sally Poole.
A celebration of Wallye’s life will take place at a future date.
